• Only barcodes will be accepted for ticketing.

• This eGift Card is valid for 12 months.
• These tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
• An infant aged 12 months or less can enter for free with the purchase of an adult ticket.
• Children under 7 years old are not permitted without a guardian.
• The guardian must be 15 years of age or older.
• Once issued, eGift Cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended, or refunded and are subject to the merchant's terms and conditions. Items purchased with this eGift Card may be refunded in accordance with KidZania's Refund and Exchange Policy.
